Astigmatism Test

This test helps detect astigmatism, a common vision condition that causes blurred vision due to an irregularly shaped cornea.

How to perform this test:

  • Position yourself exactly 3 feet (1 meter) from your screen
  • If you wear glasses or contacts, keep them on
  • Cover one eye and look at the center of the pattern
  • Note if any lines appear darker, sharper, or more distinct than others
  • Repeat with the other eye

Important Distance Requirement

For accurate results, you must be positioned exactly 3 feet (1 meter) from your screen. This standardized distance ensures the test functions correctly.
