Distance Vision Test

This test evaluates your distance vision using a Snellen chart, the standard tool used by eye care professionals worldwide.

How to perform this test:

  • Position yourself exactly 10 feet (3 meters) from your screen
  • If you wear glasses or contacts for distance vision, keep them on
  • Cover one eye and read the letters on the chart from top to bottom
  • Note the smallest line where you can correctly identify most letters
  • Repeat with the other eye

How to enter your results:

After viewing the chart in fullscreen, enter the letters you saw for each row, separating rows with commas.

Example: "E, FP, TOZ, LPED" for the first four rows

If you couldn't read a row, simply skip it in your response.

Important Distance Requirement
